Senior Director of the Program Management Office

Kelsay Arnsmeyer is Senior Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) for Intelligent Waves. Arnsmeyer is a critical leader in Program and Project Management and Total Customer Engagement (TCE) training, financial analysis, and financial analysis and reporting. During her tenure at IW, she has been responsible for collaborating with account leadership and the client to ensure that PMO services align with the company’s strategic plans, have business sponsorship, and have measurable benefits.

Before joining Intelligent Waves, Kelsay served as Contracts Manager for CPS Professional Services, now named CATHEXIS, a local management consulting firm. While with this firm, Arnsmeyer was responsible for contract performance and administration for over $50M of diverse contracts including Blanket Purchase Agreements, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Purchase Orders, and Directed Awards using Open Source, GSA FSS, Federal GWACs and Agency-Specific MATOCs.

Kelsay received her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University – School of Business in Fairfax, VA.
