PRIME CONTRACTS

Intelligent Waves offers government customers end-to-end IT solutions through a variety of contract vehicles.

The Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) will provide the Department of the Air Force’s contribution to Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) rolling out a multi-level security effort to secure development and operation of systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms.

The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), is administering the RS3 contract. It represents the consolidation and replacement of other major Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles to include Rapid Response 3rd Generation (R2-3G); Strategic Services Sourcing (S3); Technical, Administrative and Operations Support Services (TAOSS); Technical Information Engineering Services (TIES); and parts of Warrior Enabling Broad Sensors (WEBS).

The Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract includes a full range of services and solutions necessary to satisfy its support of the Army Enterprise info structure and infrastructure goals with IT services throughout CONUS and OCONUS locations, including warzone areas. The scope includes the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements as defined in Army Regulation 25-1 (AR 25-1). Additionally, ITES-3S includes the services and solutions necessary for the Army and other services to transition from current service-centric information environments to the enterprise JIE as directed by the DoD CIO.

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) VETS 2 Governmentwide Acquisitions Contract (GWAC) is the only GWAC set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). It’s designed to meet diverse agency IT services requirements, including new and emerging technologies.

The System of Systems Consortium (SOSSEC) exists to manage consortium-based OTAs by providing the expertise and infrastructure required to manage the OTA project life cycle effectively and efficiently. The SOSSEC Consortium was specifically formed to address the needs of the Department of Defense (DoD).

The Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium engages industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of Information Warfare that enhance Navy and Marine Corps mission effectiveness, focusing on underlying technologies that advance information warfare capabilities through a consortium that can support research, development, and prototyping.

Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) is a contract vehicle from the Department of Air Force to support the Air Force Materiel Command and Special Operations Command (SOCOM) to provide system development, rapid prototyping, system integration, open systems architecture and enterprise analytics for Eglin AFB and its mission partners. EWAAC serves as the primary pipeline to birth programs that are open, agile, and digital with a focus on implementing “digital trinity” in weapons, digital standardization, and transformation of efforts across the portfolio.
