PQ has provided first-rate leadership on multiple contracts that achieved high customer satisfaction scores, positioning IW for further growth within the ISR special operations community.

Before joining Intelligent Waves, PQ served as an ISR Engineer for Delta Research, Inc., and an Electronics Engineer at Robins AFB. PQ received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mercer University.
