Brennan added, “This year, Arnsmeyer stepped up to provide critical leadership in the areas of Project Management and Total Customer Engagement (TCE) training, as well as financial analysis and reporting. Kelsay was also instrumental in developing the early Program Management Reporting (PMR) for Client Operations, followed by her significant leadership contributions in the development of an innovative corporate dashboard capability for better decision-making for management.
Before joining Intelligent Waves, Kelsay served as Contracts Manager for CATHEXIS, formerly CPS Professional Services, a local management consulting firm. While working there, Arnsmeyer was responsible for contract performance and administration for over $50M of diverse contracts.
Kelsay received her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University – School of Business in Fairfax, VA.
