Intelligent Waves LLC, a leading-edge trusted IT systems integrator that delivers high-impact transformational IT solutions to the Government’s most mission-critical challenges, has announced the addition of Michelle Klaus, Ron Gibbs, and Alex Mason to their winning Business Development/Growth Team.

Michelle Klaus is joining as a Senior Proposal Manager. In her role, Michelle will support the full life cycle preparation of the proposal development process for submissions to the Government. Michelle is Shipley Certified in Managing Federal Proposals as well as APMP Foundation Certified. She holds a degree in Communications from Macomb Community College.

In addition, Intelligent Waves’ Growth Team has hired Ron Gibbs and Alex Mason, as Directors of Business Development. Ron will focus his efforts in the areas of Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Navy, Marine Corps, and ARMY: ITES-3S. Ron has over 20 years of Defense and Federal Industry insight and expertise in support of identifying, qualifying and capturing new business opportunities. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from James Madison University and is an active member of the AFCEA Belvoir Chapter.

Alex Mason will focus on growing new business with Law Enforcement Agencies, Air Force, COCOMs, and ARMY: RS3 contracts.  Alex has a wide range of experience in support of Federal Contracts as a former PMO Analyst and Business Development Manager. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Virginia State University and is an active member of the AFCEA Belvoir Chapter.
