Patrick is adept in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) technologies. He has over 15 years of demonstrated high-level experience in Project Management, Engineering, and Client Operations. Patrick is responsible for ensuring service delivery via multiple program and project management teams in his new role. Additionally, he will continue to focus on providing critical platform mission support to the Crowd Source Flight Data (CSFD) program at Nellis AFB.

Before joining Intelligent Waves, Patrick served as an ISR Engineer for Delta Research, Inc., and an Electronics Engineer at Robins AFB. Patrick received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mercer University.
