RESTON, Va. – Intelligent Waves LLC (“Intelligent Waves” or the “Company”), an end-to-end information technology solutions provider, today announced it has secured a position on Army’s potential nine-year, $12.1 billion Information Technology Enterprise Solutions—3 Services (ITES-3S) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. Managed by the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, the hybrid (cost, firm-fixed-price, and time-and-materials) contract is expected to be the Army’s primary source of IT-related services worldwide.
“The ITES-3S award is a very important achievement for Intelligent Waves,” said Jared Shepard, president and chief executive officer of Intelligent Waves. “The award provides access to new opportunities to support the Department of the Army while allowing us to strengthen and grow long-term relationships with our Army customers.”
A follow-on to Army’s ITES-2S, which was awarded to 16 prime contractors in 2006, ITES-3S made 135 awards, 83 of which are on the small business set-aside track. Providing nearly all areas of enterprise-level IT services, ITES-3S IDIQ’s scope will include cyber security, information assurance, business process re-engineering, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, network/systems operation and maintenance, telecommunications/systems operation and maintenance, supply chain management, and IT education and training.
