SkillBridge is a Department of Defense program to provide internship opportunities to transitioning military members from all branches with industry partner organizations. Intelligent Waves is supporting 60-180 day internships in a variety of areas across the organization including: Product Engineering, Talent Acquisition, Client Operations, Human Resources, and Project Management. We are continuing to expand opportunities within IW that are both remote and onsite. Our hope is to provide transitioning service members with the opportunity to understand how an organization functions and identify interests and strengths they possess while building new skills as well. We hope to have many join the IW team after their internships conclude.
