Rudy Martinez is the Vice President of Growth for Intelligent Waves. With over 20 years of experience in IT professional services within the Federal sector, Martinez brings a deep expertise in growth strategy, strategic capture, and business development. He has successfully led initiatives supporting DoD, U.S. Air Force, Veterans Affairs, and the Defense Health Agency, consistently delivering mission-driven solutions and exceeding program objectives.

Rudy began his career as a US Air Force officer and holds an International MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), further demonstrating his commitment to excellence and innovation in Federal IT solutions.
