Intelligent Waves supports numerous systems engineering projects for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Our centralized engineering services include management of our customers technical framework. This includes supporting system optimization, design, testing, and integration to critical application deployments across an enterprise. Intelligent Waves delivers forward Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (FPED) which provides full-motion video (FMV), moving target indicators (MTI) and other intelligence data processing (recording and storage), exploitation (analysis, intelligence product production) and dissemination services to warfighters and other stakeholders, both CONUS and OCONUS.
Unified Video Dissemination (UVDS) offers full motion video (FMV) distribution to collect, disseminate, and utilize information for a wide range of services – whether it’s to support warfighters in their tactical missions or helping veterans receive better care through telehealth solutions.
Intelligent Waves has been successfully assessing, defining and implementing Enterprise–level Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) solutions for Commercial and Federal Customers since 2018. Intelligent Waves SAFe Program Consultants are passionate about their work and help our clients in collaborative partnership. We mentor and guide leadership positions at all levels in an Enterprise to implement the best SAFe practices to enable greater ability to adapt to changing market conditions. We utilize SAFe Scrum methodologies to define all of our Team Software and Systems Development practices. These team members are coached and trained to attain the SAFe certification appropriate to their role to ensure strong Agile fundamentals are present for scaled solutions. For Scaled Solutions our staff will help clients identify their Value Streams and design the appropriate Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver their services. Our Experienced and SAFe Certified Release Train Engineers will coach the ART and facilitate successful and meaningful Program Increment (PI) Planning events for program execution.
