Meet Jeffrey Gill! After serving in the United States Army for 20 years, Jeffrey joined Intelligent Waves in January 2020 as a Senior Systems Administrator for our Rome, NY customer. Jeffrey is the Tier 4 Maintenance and Support Scrum Master for the Air Force Open Architecture Distributed Common Ground System (OADCGS-AF) working directly for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).
He and his team are responsible for all trouble tickets assigned to AFRL, performing system installs, testing procedures, and documentation reviews. Jeffrey collaborates with product owners, team members, technical leads, and other Scrum Masters to define solutions and drive progress. He also mentors his team, leading them to be self-directed with strong accountability, decision-making abilities, and conflict-resolution skills. When not on the job or digging out of the snow, Jeffrey can be found rooting for the Dallas Cowboys or working out at the local YMCA. Jeffrey, it’s great to have you on the IW team!
