Kris Perry is the Vice President, Engineering for Intelligent Waves. In his strategic leadership role, Kris leverages his 18+ years of proven technological insight and in-depth understanding of Defense IT to effectively manage the design and delivery of cutting-edge and disruptive solutions, domestically and across the world.
As a proven leader, Kris oversees and leads highly skilled subject matter experts with the highest security clearance levels to deliver operational excellence through high-quality and battle-tested solutions from day one. He manages an expansive team of IT Architects, Engineers, and Administrators across all IT disciplines while mentoring and promoting technical leads to critical programs,
He has earned his stellar reputation in the Defense IT community as a bold thinker who can apply technology-agnostic problem solving to reach the best solution in customers’ best interest and put operational excellence and mission outcomes first. He leverages his hands-on experience and the practical application of knowledge to enable Intelligent Waves to deliver customized solutions here and downrange at the speed of the mission.
Kris joined the Intelligent Waves team after serving as a Civil Service Systems Engineer for the US Air Force. During his tenure with the U.S. Air Force, he has become a proven industry thought leader and trusted advisor and innovator in Systems Design, Integration, and Deployment in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) realm. During his civil service duty, Kris established Systems Integration Labs, Teams, and robust agile processes to rapidly integrate and deliver new capabilities to all services (AF, Army, Navy, Marines) and other national mission partners. Kris’s insightful perspectives help Intelligent Waves position for success as he understands customer expectations and organizational business processes.
Kris earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering from Mercer University in Macon, GA.
