Meet Eric Martin! Eric joined Intelligent Waves in July 2022 as a Technical Recruiter following 22 years as a recruiter in the US Air Force. Eric has a passion for helping people whether it be as a mentor for troubled youth and public school students or helping potential candidates make their professional match at IW. His days are spent reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, and keeping recruiting managers on track to find the best match for open positions. A longtime resident of Arkansas, Eric loves to fly fish on the White River and root for the Arkansas Razorback baseball team. Thank you, Eric, for being a member of Team IW!
