Meet Erick Rodriguez! If you’ve ever submitted a fresh service ticket chances are Erick has reviewed your issue and either he or his technicians have helped you resolve it. As the Enterprise Systems Architect for Intelligent Waves, not only does Erick support the help desk technicians, he works to keep the IW systems updated and maintained while also reviewing reports, security alerts, and IT tickets that need to be addressed.
