RESTON, Va. – Intelligent Waves LLC (“Intelligent Waves” or the “Company”), an end-to-end information technology solutions provider, today announced it has secured a position on Army’s potential nine-year, $12.1 billion Information Technology Enterprise Solutions—3 Services (ITES-3S) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. Managed by the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, the hybrid (cost, firm-fixed-price, and time-and-materials) contract is expected to be the Army’s primary source of IT-related services worldwide.

A follow-on to Army’s ITES-2S, which was awarded to 16 prime contractors in 2006, ITES 3S contract made 135 awards, 83 of which are on the small business set-aside track. Providing nearly all areas of enterprise-level IT services, ITES-3S IDIQ’s scope will include cyber security, information assurance, business process re-engineering, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, network/systems operation and maintenance, telecommunications/systems operation and maintenance, supply chain management, and IT education and training.
