Ingrid Peterson

In her role, Ingrid Peterson oversees Intelligent Waves’ (IW) Cyber and National Security-focused work. She brings over 20 years of expertise in program and project management and a distinguished background serving the military and consulting sectors.
Before joining IW, Ingrid was a Partner at Guidehouse, focusing on executive-level engagements across the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Her ability to navigate complex environments and deliver exceptional client service is a hallmark of her career.
She brings her proven experience and expertise to IW across the military and consulting space. She focuses on program and project management services, emphasizing strategy development and operations for executive-level clients, ultimately helping them make informed decisions that align with their mission and meet customer expectations.
Ingrid served eight years as a naval flight officer in the United States Navy, conducting missions in Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron Two (VQ-2) and overseeing intelligence analysts at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). After she separated from the military, she spent three years as a consultant at SRA/Touchstone Consulting Group and 12 years with PwC/Guidehouse. Ingrid is also a USGIF Advisory Committee Chair. USGIF is the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF).
Ingrid holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy (USNA), where she ran Division 1 cross country and track. She is currently serving on the USNA Alumni Association Greater Washington Chapter Board.
