The session, titled “Real-World Insights: Partner-Led Roundtables,” will bring together experienced practitioners to share lessons learned, implementation strategies, and emerging trends in process improvement. France brings more than 21 years of quality management experience and extensive expertise in integrating frameworks such as CMMI, ISO, and CMMC. Since beginning his CMMI journey in 2005, he has contributed to over 50 appraisals across organizations of varying sizes and maturity levels. At Intelligent Waves, he has led successful audits for four ISO standards and guided the company to achieve CMMC Level 2 certification.
During the discussion, France will share his proven approach to Quality Alignment, a methodology that integrates multiple compliance and quality frameworks into a single, cohesive Quality Management System. He will discuss how organizations can eliminate redundant processes, reduce audit fatigue, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen readiness for future assessments and business opportunities.
