With over 20 years of experience in IT professional services within the Federal sector, Rudy brings a deep expertise in growth strategy, strategic capture, and business development. He has successfully led initiatives supporting DoD, U.S. Air Force, Veterans Affairs, and the Defense Health Agency, consistently delivering mission-driven solutions and exceeding program objectives.
As Vice President of Growth, Rudy will lead Intelligent Waves’ expansion efforts, strengthen market positioning, and drive strategic initiatives to support Federal customers. His ability to foster high-performing teams, build strong customer relationships, and drive measurable results will be instrumental in IW’s continued success.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), further demonstrating his commitment to excellence and innovation in Federal IT solutions.
