RESTON, Va. – Intelligent Waves LLC, a technology and communications solutions provider to federal government customers, announced the promotion of Christa Evans to Director of Business Development, Health IT. Trusted by leaders in government, health and the IT industry, Evans cultivates strategic partnerships and develops expert teams to deliver innovative solutions that make a difference for her company’s customers.
Evans brings over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry and fifteen years in Health IT to the business development team. Specifically, she has spent the last seven years identifying opportunities, maximizing resources and guiding proposal development for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) and T4 Next Generation acquisition programs. Successfully managing end-to-end bid and proposal processes, her leadership has resulted in four IDIQ contract awards and multiple task orders totaling over $800 million since 2011.
Evans joined Intelligent Waves in 2017 as the Director of Proposal Development. In her new role, Evans will lead solution development and strategic growth within her portfolio. The promotion was a logical choice for Intelligent Waves given Evans extensive knowledge of the complexities working within the Health IT capture and bid environment. Evans will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and identify business opportunities to expand beneficial business relationships.
